Privacy policy

Lethe is built to know as little about you as it can and still keep your vault safe. Here is exactly what that means.

What we collect

Your Solana wallet address, which is how you sign in.

Your vault ledger: deposits, orders, fees and withdrawals, so limits can be enforced and disputes can be resolved.

Order records: the item, price, merchant and time. Not the delivery itself.

Hashes of your API keys, and when each key was last used.

What we never collect

Your name, email, phone number, address or any ID document. No form asks for them.

Your seed phrase or private keys.

Readable deliveries. Passwords, eSIM codes and configs are encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your wallet signature. We store only ciphertext and can't read it.

The text of your conversations with the agent. Messages are parsed into a quote and not stored.

On-chain data

Deposits on mainnet are public Solana transactions. Anyone can see that your wallet sent funds to Lethe. What the vault later spends is settled in Monero and isn't linked on-chain to that deposit.

Logs

Our servers keep short-lived technical logs (request time, path, status) for security and debugging. We don't sell or share them, and we delete them within 14 days.

Third parties

Prices come from public market data. Merchants receive what they need to fulfil an order, never your wallet address. If we're legally compelled to hand over data, we can only hand over what is listed above.

Your choices

You can withdraw your balance and stop using Lethe at any time. Sandbox records are wiped before mainnet launch. On mainnet, records needed for open disputes are kept until those disputes are closed.
